What is expected of me?

To ensure that you fully benefit from this course, you need to have a desire to learn, be motivated to apply your best effort, and make time to work on each lesson. The lessons in the course guide you through the various motor vehicle procedures a notary or issuing agent is responsible for performing in Pennsylvania. By reading each lesson and completing reviews, you will develop or refresh your skills so you can perform your professional duties correctly, responsibly and with pride.

PennDOT Agent Service Advanced Training Course Online provides the same instructional materials as the live seminar for this course. Unlike a live seminar, PennDOT Agent Service Advanced Training Course Online lets you control the pace at which you move through each lesson.

You can leave PennDOT Agent Service Advanced Training Course Online at any point and come back to it later. However, it is best that you set aside an uninterrupted period of time to complete the lessons and try to complete each lesson in a timely fashion. You will retain far more information if you are diligent in your studies.

If you want to complete the course in one sitting, you should set aside approximately four (4) to six (6) hours to complete all lessons and reviews.

Certificate of Course Completion

Upon completion of course, you will receive a Completion Certificate by mail. You will not be able to print the certificate from the website. In the event the certificate is lost, a duplicate may be obtained from offices by request. An administrative fee may be charged for the duplicate.
